This year's workshop will be held at the Winter Park Resort, located in the Colorado Rockies, 90 miles west of the Denver Intl. Airport.
The hotel rooms for all participants will be available at the Vintage Hotel located at the entrance to Winter Park Resort, The Vintage Hotel is comprised of 110 rooms that feature beautiful mountain vistas and is the closest lodging option to the resort that is pet-friendly. The full-service Vintage Hotel has traditional hotel rooms, studios, one, and two bedroom suites with many rooms featuring kitchenettes and gas fireplaces. Five Mountain Tavern, located just inside the lobby is the perfect place to catch up with friends and family. The Vintage Hotel also offers an outdoor pool, and Hot Tub. – A Cabriolet car (open air gondola) from the Vintage Hotel to the new Village at Winter Park, eliminating the need to ride the shuttle from the Vintage Hotel to the ski area base. The rooms have suggested occupancy of two but can accommodate up to four people. Note that some rooms have one bed and others two. Make sure you discuss your needs when you book the room. See table below... Rooms are also available at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Fraser Crossings/Founders Pointe, and Winter Park Mountain Lodge. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival involve a cancellation fee of 10% of the original reservation amount. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in full forfeiture of the stay.
